This was the original Employment Equity benchmarking service in South Africa. Following this, we were contracted by USAID to assist the Department of Labour with implementation of the Employment Equity Act in South Africa. Our involvement spanned six years, from 1996 ­– 2002. Our deep understanding of the Act has given us the edge in assisting organisations – from listed entities, to SME’s from all sectors ­­– with audits, strategy and implementing transformation in ways that enhances their business and results in growth.
