About our Founder: Luis Diaz, Former personal trainer turn CEO, Podcast Producer and Host.

Luis began working with his first podcasting client for free as a way to provide value to a local fitness icon. It was there that he learned how to treat podcasting like a business instead of a hobby. Through months on training and having to figure things out on the fly, Luis built his own systems and processes by borrowing ideas and strategies from some of the best people in the industry such as John Lee Dumas and Pat Flynn.

Today, Luis leads Top 10 as the CEO with the goal of ranking and moentizing every podcast that comes through. Top 10 Podcasts launches, produces, manages, grows and distributes hundreds of podcasts for a variety of clients across many different industries.
