  • Overview: In early 2012 Joel Risser joined forces with Daniel Zambrano, whom he had known and worked with in several previous valet companies. Joel and Daniel set out to bring a new experience to the valet parking industry. They formed the company, The Valet Guys, with a small key box, a few parking cones, a valet permit, and an insurance policy. Joel and Daniel would run the company for one year before acquiring any additional employees. They were focused on bringing an engaging interaction with each client's valet experience. That focus developed a multitude of deep relationships with top clients around the Houston area. They would develop a "standard of service" over that year working together and this would become the backbone of their company. After a successful 2012, they began to search and acquire some of the top valet talent around the Houston area, as their company was continuing to grow. Joel and Daniel would coach each and every employee to understand their vision as Houston's best valet parking company. As a result, employees understood their roles and were able to see the benefits of working together to form something truly special. Advancement opportunities, top-tier salaries, and a multitude of benefits were afforded the employees, as Joel and Daniel knew the company would only be as good as "The Guys" that formed it. As The Valet Guys rapidly grew, Joel and Daniel sought to ensure the "standard of service" would stay intact. Today, The Valet Guys still work very diligently to provide a client and employee experience that is unrivaled in the valet parking industry. They make it the top priority to hold to their promised "standard of service" with each and every client experience.
