The Wells Collective

Four Black women diversity practitioners from the greater Baltimore area recognized the magic in one another and sought refuge, restoration, and rejuvenation through one another's company. The spark ✨ was present from the very beginning, and it was clear that our energy was meant to exist beyond the confines of omelettes and crab cakes. Our genius worked together to create a manifestation of love: The Wells Collective. Among us, we have public and private school educators, researchers, a former Head of School, a former Director of Admissions, a psychologist, a counselor, and plenty of magic to sprinkle around. We are excited to share our joy with you as we work toward collective liberation. Our Mission The Wells Collective seeks to celebrate the joy and beauty of Black women in a world that has for centuries, stood against it. As such, we work with schools and organizations to help them understand their power and position in society in order to manifest the necessary tools to serve as architects for liberation. We operate with the collective understanding that liberation comes from within. We are intent on centering the needs of women of color, and, by proxy, everyone.
