About Teliris

Teliris is a privately owned telepresence and videoconferencing company headquartered in New York and London that designs and sells video collaboration products and services. Teliris currently has deployments in over 50 countries. Its client base includes large-cap companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, Royal Bank of Scotland and the New York Stock Exchange. Teliris was founded in 1999 following a joint venture between Mycroft, a New York based technology company, and the UK company Global Intercasting Ltd, which provided live satellite television programs for global corporate clients. In 2011, Teliris hired three new executive team members, formerly of Level 3 Communications, to help expand the company's product and service portfolio and increase market penetration. Martyn Lewis, CBE, co-founder and former European Chairman of Teliris, continues to play an important role in advancing the company's reputation. Since its inception, Teliris has primarily sold high-end telepresence solutions. The company's telepresence products include the VirtuaLive, a room-based solution with the most immersive, life-like video experience. The three-screen Express solution, a more cost-effective option, can be efficiently set up and offers a natural, immersive telepresence experience. In 2011, Teliris announced two new videoconferencing products, the StartPoint appliance solution and the @nywhere software client. Teliris StartPoint is a single screen video solution that delivers immersive video communication through virtually any HD display. Teliris @nywhere is an on-the-go video conferencing option compatible with any PC or Mac desktop, allowing users to stay connected at home or in the office. Lentaris is a cloud-based video managed services platform that interconnects dissimilar systems, allowing telepresence, traditional videoconferencing and UC ecoystems to interact. Lentaris also delivers endpoint management, interoperability as-a-service and call production services. With support for telepresence and videoconferencing endpoints from most major vendors, Lentaris helps increase utilization and reliability. In June 2013, Teliris launched the Lentaris Video SoftSwitch (LVSS), a software-based video bridging platform. Lentaris cloud architecture reduces the need for the infrastructure and IT support staff usually required to deploy video. In 2011, Teliris announced a partnership with Fuze Box to integrate real-time collaboration functionality into its products. All of Teliris' products are supported by Teliris InfiNET, a global network that supports the Teliris cloud-based Lentaris platform. InfiNET integrates networking options including high quality QoS-based networks, general-purpose networks, customer-owned networks and the internet. Teliris InfiNET is 24×7 end-to-end fully managed service to provide call security and reliability through detailed monitoring, analysis and management.
