SwingSearch was founded in 2005 with the belief that the standard recruiting model was failing startups in Silicon Valley. Founders and high growth teams need people with startup DNA; the determination, intellect and grit to build game-changing companies. SwingSearch is now a team of 25+ (and growing!) with teams in the Bay Area and New York City. Our search team is made up of senior, experienced recruiters and startup veterans who have founded, scaled and exited companies at every stage. We place talent at a range of hiring levels, from senior individual contributors to C-level executives at Seed to Series C companies. We work across numerous sectors including consumer, enterprise, fintech, and health. Focus: Marketing, Sales/Sales Engineering, Growth, Product, Customer Success and HR/Finance.
