In 2007, Spouting Rock Capital Advisors, a full-service merchant bank, was created. Our diversified asset management division launched in 2018 and is the latest evolution of the Spouting Rock brand. Spouting Rock Asset Management is a boutique firm focused on finding inefficient strategies in the market and creating a suite of unique products to take advantage of such.
