THE PROCESS begins with a detailed fat find about your business to uncover what makes you different and who your clients/customers are and why they should come to you rather than your competitors. Until we understand that we cannot give a bespoke, targeted marketing strategy. Once we begin to generate more of the right type of enquiries, we look at the most important resource in your business: Your People. Do they share your vision, your company values, your drive? If not, did they used to? What has changed? Do they FULLY understand what is required of them? Is YOUR management the problem? Your communication style/skills?
Once we understand, we can then build a bespoke Sales Process and Performance Management Process which is visible and transparent and that everyone understands and engages with it.
