SYKES Australia’s humble beginning started in 2000 when it first opened its contact centre in George Street, Sydney. With only 125 employees, the first years of our operations were heavily focused on outbound telemarketing, helping a global client enter the Australian market. As we saw progress and growth, SYKES Australia began to scale, exploring more services and fostering new partnerships locally and worldwide. Today, SYKES Australia has created its own mark in the field, continuously providing support for big global companies as well as leading Australian brands. We have expanded operations in Australia, opening sites across New South Wales and Queensland.
