Prime has completed designs for the US Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of the Air Force and the General Services Administration. COMMERCIAL The firm’s foundation is built on private sector commercial work, specializing in the project management and administration of small commercial new construction and additions. We also perform the entire architectural design process from schematic design to construction administration. Prime Architects has extensive design-build experience, collaborating with the contractor to form a single entity to provide a single point of responsibility contact.
