Our product portfolio includes dental PPO, DHMO, Self-Funded (ASO) and Vision Insurance. Our corporate offices are located in Sacramento, California.
The Company’s finances are strong. Since our first AM Best audit in 2003, Premier Access has maintained the rating of “A- (Excellent)”. The Company was acquired by the Guardian Life Insurance Company in August of 2014 and will remain as a self-contained brand while having the advantage of services and functions provided by an organization that has prospered for more than 150 years.
The Company currently provides benefits and services to nearly 640,000 members under various programs through commercial groups, states and municipalities, and government programs. We also provide direct oral health care services through a network of 21 dental clinics. We are a participant in the ACA (Affordable Care Act) State Exchanges.
