Poizat Consulting's mission is to assist small & medium size NTIC companies to expand their business through the acquisition of new customers.
The analysis is the following: owners of SMC in the NTIC sector tend to use the stop & go method as far as commercial activity is concerned. They prospect at first to gain customers, then they stop to fulfill their contract, then they prospect again when their activity is low. This behaviour is detrimental to the long term development of the company when business activity requires a consistant sales approach according to the pipe-line methodology.
