The Philadelphia Real Estate Council is a real estate think tank and networking group formed of senior executives in all aspects of the Philadelphia regional commercial real estate industry. Philadelphia REC has the following primary objectives: * To encourage innovation and synergy within the real estate industry and in particular within the Greater Philadelphia & tri-state area. * To facilitate networking among senior real estate professionals. * To facilitate secure discussions of transactions, “war stories” and new business development opportunities. * To disseminate the most up to date market and capital data & information.
