Iron Road (ASX: IRD) has Australia's largest measured and indicated magnetite resource with a total mineral resource of 4.5 Billion tonnes. The Central Eyre Iron Project (CEIP) is situated on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia.
Our definitive feasibility study shows our plan to supply 21.5mt a year of high quality iron ore concentrates is technically robust and will be highly profiltable, producing annual revenues of $3bn and base-case EBITDA of $1.36bn.
The low-impurity concentrate will attract an expected premium of $18 a tonne above the long term average price and our operating costs will be just $44.33 a tonne (ex state royalties).
The mine will have enough ore to last for decades to come.
