Human Capital Research Corporation (HCRC) is a privately held educational consultancy located in Evanston, Illinois. Using an array of econometric and statistical research methods, HCRC provides colleges and universities with a wide range of services, including enrollment management, long-term strategic planning, program evaluation, institutional research and learning outcomes assessment.
