HealthActions Physical Therapy was founded in 1981 by Beth Whitehead, PT, MPH and Debbie Powell, PT, BS, OCS. Since opening they have established clinics in five locations in Alabama: Jackson, Grove Hill, Thomasville, Monroeville and Troy. HealthActions is an employee-focused company that has dedicated and experienced team of individuals. With their extensive programs, they provide preventative and rehabilitation services of unsurpassed quality. The goal in mind is always to return the patients to a better quality of life and promote "Better Health for Better Living".
