Overview:Frisk is a private company focussed on delivering business efficiencies to its clients via Frisk Retrieval, a simple and effective document search appliance.
Our story started back in early 2010 whilst our founding partners were consulting on several office technology projects.
These projects uncovered the need for a simple tool to assist clients with search and retrieval of electronically stored documents.
We assessed a number of tools on the market, most didn’t meet our technical requirements and the ones that did were pitched at an enterprise level client making them prohibitive in terms of establishment and licensing costs. We saw an opportunity and elected to build a system focussing on our SME target market. We engaged with a core group of faithful pilot clients who enabled us to continue to develop and refine Frisk based on their use and feedback.
Today, our 20+ team of management, operational, sales and development people carry on business from Adelaide, Melbourne, Hobart, Sydney, Perth, Wellington NZ, France, Spain, India and USA.
Importantly, the company founders remain at the helm and have recruited a well balanced group of shareholders who are all focussed on our day-to-day business and the continued growth of Frisk.
Whilst we continue to add more features and refine our client’s experience, our goal hasn’t changed since day one—to deliver simplicity. Simplicity across implementation processes and the end user experience will continue to ensure our success in the market place.
