About Foxing

People have been tracking statistics about themselves for a long time. Some are trying to tune the performance of their bodies or minds, some do it out of medical necessity, and some are just curious.

Two writers at Wired Magazine coined the term quantified self in 2007. And yet, six years later, we haven't truly benefited from it. We have arbitrary "activity scores" and bits of data ("steps walked", "heart rate" "blood pressure", etc), but we don't have any insight into what those statistics really mean. We may know ourselves, but knowing and understanding are two very different things.

Foxing solves this problem by helping you fine-tune your life, body, and mind. It's the first personal analytics platform. If you're the car, Foxing is the dashboard.

Foxing brings data in from over 30 different devices, out of the box. Then, using sophisticated machine learning and statistical analysis, Foxing helps you gradually tweak your life. It discovers relationships between data that humans can't see, puts it all in one beautiful interface, and helps you form better habits organically.
