Overview:Evidence Matters Ltd was established in 1996. Our core business is providing computer forensics facilities to the legal world.
We undertake all types of work including, but not limited to, commercial, employment, criminal (prosecution & defence) and act as a single joint expert when required.
We have a proven track record for providing 'plain English, jargon-free' reports within deadline and on-budget.
Our staff come from years of experience within the Police, Trading Standards and private industry. Our principal examiner is Paul Vella.
We have had considerable experience in examining computer evidence on behalf of the defence with regard to, but not limited to, child pornography, fraud, copyright & trade marks cases and have conducted in excess of 2,500 examinations on behalf of prosecuting authorities, predominantly the Police and Trading Standards, throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.
In 2006 Evidence Matters Ltd were involved in the well documented child pornography investigation by the Irish Parliament of Retired Judge Curtin.
