Setting up in the midst of the GFC - a time that is now widely regarded as the most challenging period for the modern recruitment industry - Ensure Recruitment grew whilst our competitors downsized, closed their operations and greatly reduced consultants in their businesses. Nine years on and Ensure Recruitment is firmly established as a market leader in the Insurance industry with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland .
