English For Work

English For Work es un programa creado por el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje SENA y Convergys con el propósito de ofrecer vinculación laboral a todo aquel que desee hacer parte de la Industria de Tercerización de Procesos BPO (Business Process Outsourcing, por sus siglas en inglés). El objetivo de este programa es, bajo la consigna de "Bilingüismo Productivo" mejorar su nivel de proficiencia en el idioma inglés y así permitirle acceder a una opción laboral como agente tele-operador bilingüe de servicio al cliente y/o soporte técnico con Convergys, empresa líder en el sector de BPO. English For Work is a program created by the National Learning Service SENA and Convergys with the purpose of offering a job position to everyone who is willing to be part of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry. The objective of this program is, with the slogan "Productive Bilingualism", to improve your level of English proficiency and thus offer you the opportunity to apply for the position of Bilingual Customer Service Representative and/or Technical Support Representative with Convergys, one of the leading companies in the BPO sector.
