CornerBrooke (CB) is a CVE verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). We work with organizations to create clear, actionable and measurable solutions whether it is at the organizational, operational or program level. Our solutions integrate organizational processes across managerial structures, with a focus on people and technology. CB works with organizations to assess performance challenges, design improvement initiatives and then works with our clients to effectively implement and institutionalize these improvements. Our goal is to create a high-performance culture that focuses on the workforce and we do this through an integrated talent management approach. We develop each of our solutions from a "people" perspective. CornerBrooke seeks to help our clients focus their efforts on finding the right person, at the right time, with the right job skills.
