Live. Work. Local. City West Housing, established in 1994, is an award winning provider of affordable rental housing to tenants that live and work in the Centre of Sydney. Today, we provide over 894 affordable rental properties for people and families on low to moderate household incomes. We have a development pipeline that will deliver more than 600 new apartments over the next 10 years Our Affordable Housing Program ensures residents never pay more than 30% of their gross household income. Through providing excellent amenity for our residents and promoting community-building activities such as our community gardens, we contribute to the diversity and sustainability of our city. CWH is a not-for-profit, community-based organisation. Our staff of 28 are responsible for the daily operations.
