Overview:Catch 22 started life in 1982 and has developed an enviable reputation for its ability to supply high quality temporary support staff and permanent candidates in the facilities and property management markets. That reputation is firmly based on the longevity, expertise and experience of its directors and senior staff. We currently operate from offices in London and Leeds but are looking much further afield, thanks to a strategic agreement.
Catch 22 has recently teamed up in a partnership deal with gap personnel, one of the UK’s largest suppliers of temporary staff with a network of 26 branches across the country. This arrangement will give us the chance to offer the Catch 22 difference to a far wider audience of customers. It will also give gap personnel access to the London and South East market and a chance to compete in the facilities and property management sector. It’s an exciting development and we’re delighted to be a part of it.
Catch 22 began life as ‘Catch 22 Employment Agency Ltd’ in 1982, supplying temporary staff to London-based clients in both public and private sectors. Early activities centred on short-term assignments for coverage of ad hoc requirements in disciplines that, in the fullness of time, became recognised as classic facilities support services.
The bedrock of Catch 22’s success is undoubtedly the strength of its people. In an industry where high staff turnover is the norm, we enjoy the commitment of a long-serving and enthusiastic workforce dedicated to maintaining the quality of service that got us there in the first place.
