We launched our operations in the year 2008. Currently, headquartered in Mumbai and having launched operations in five major cities in India, we are an emerging Investment Banking company engaged in facilitating companies in raising funds through private equity and debt syndication. We are active in the areas of Project Finance, Debt Syndication, Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Paper, NCDs, and Structured Finance.

Beside this We are also having insurance vertical, we act as insurance brokers and have been granted the composite license by IRDA to carry out both non-life and life insurance broking services for our clients.

We have a strong network among Industry conglomerates, supported by a team of highly qualified and well experienced professionals.

It gives us pleasure to give you small glimpse of our achievements in last six years. We have raised capital of around Rs. 60 billion for our clients across industries over the period of time. We have also been awarded mandate to raise funds for the Venture Capital Fund sponsored by the State Government of Karnataka. Recently we have closed a private equity transaction in the healthcare space wherein OrbiMed Advisors invested in Asian Institutes of Medical Sciences (Asian), an unit of Blue Sapphire Healthcares Pvt. Ltd.
