Overview:Bund Center Investment, Ltd. (“BCI”), is a public company listed on the Singapore Exchange. BCI owns the Bund Center office tower, the Westin Bund Center Westin Shanghai hotel, and the Golden Center shopping mall in Ningbo.
Office – The Bund Center
Our office tower has a total gross floor area of approximately 140,000 sqm, comprising of 50 floors (including podium) of super-grade A office premises. Being one of the tallest structures in the Bund skyline and its crown rooftop, it is now an iconic landmark on the Bund. In 2002, our office tower was awarded the Shanghai Magnolia award for excellent engineering and construction and in 2004, our office tower received the FIABCI Excellence award. In September 2005, China Business Newspaper named our office tower “Top Ten Best office building in China”. Our office tower has maintained a high average annual occupancy of above 90% since opening and continues to command premium rental rates.
Hotel – The Westin Bund Center, Shanghai
Our hotel is comprised of two 26-storey towers, consisting of 570 tastefully decorated guest rooms. Our hotel is currently the flagship Westin hotel in China. It is also one of the hotels that are frequently involved in staging large scale corporate and fashion events in Shanghai. Our hotel hosted many high profile events for many renowned international brands, including fashion shows, gala events, product launches, and international movie premieres, as well as provided catering services for numerous high-end auto shows.
Mall – The Golden Center
Our mall has a total gross floor area of 200,000 sqm. The whole complex consists of a 6-storey retail complex, a 32-storey office tower and a 52-storey luxurious residential tower. It is strategically located in the central business district area of Ningbo, at the south west side of the junction of Zhongshan East Road and Jiangdong North Road. This locality, known as Sanjiangkou (three estuaries), is a popular commercial and retail area.
