Our fabrication facility consists of 20 buildings, 16 overhead bridge cranes, automated peddinghaus beamlines, automated hypotherm plasma tables, Fanuk robots on 90 acres of developed yard.
We utilize 3D scanning and robotic total stations to ensure pipe and structural fit-up.
We have successfully saved our clients millions of dollars. We do this by combining our extensive project experience to design projects for faster install times. This reduces onsite time, travel time and burn rate and improves scheduling.
We work with engineering companies and producers to optimize connection detail and module design to further develop cost savings.
