July 2015 to present posted to the Zimbabwe Embassy in Khartoum, Sudan as a Minister Counselor Political Affairs. Political and economic analysis and interfacing with Government officials, NGO and international organisation leadership and the various stakeholders. Periodic and situational reports writing and Protocol services for senior Government delegations etc. Participating in various diplomatic engagements and consultations on various topical matters pertaining to any situation and circumstances in host country and region. As a compact diplomatic Mission, I have a number of responsibilities going beyond the official title since I also partake on a varied spectrum of cross cutting issues. I have managed to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders I have interfaced with over the 6-plus years of my stay in Sudan.
