We are a not for profit movement, backed by government, and founded by Sir Charlie Mayfield, the Chairman of John Lewis & Partners and we exist to help small and medium sized UK based businesses increase their productivity and performance. How do we do this? By bringing UK's leading successful business together to help SMEs grow and succeed through a range of innovative, proven, effective productivity-boosting programmes and resources. These include; Mentoring for Growth - a mentoring programme which has seen senior leaders from leading UK businesses including John Lewis, GSK, BAE systems and more, providing free mentorship to ambitious SME leaders, with incredible results. Benchmarking - A ground-breaking productivity benchmarking tool which enables businesses to assess their own productivity, compare it to productivity levels of other businesses in their sector, and identify the steps and changes they need to make to improve. Productivity for Growth - a mini-MBA style training programme in conjunction with leading business schools across the UK, incorporating productivity-focused academic and practical learning through workshops, peer-to-peer learning and access to industry experts. Collaborative networks - masterclass, learning and networking opportunities within specific regions and sectors such as hospitality. Most of our services are free.
