Rentalutions is a platform that makes renting easy for do-it-yourself landlords and for their tenants. Landlords use our product to easily advertise vacant rental units, screen tenants, complete the leasing process and collect rent. Tenants have their own portal to apply for properties, sign leases, make rent payments and submit maintenance tickets. As of March 2017, more than 30,000 landlords use Rentalutions to manage rental properties in 8,000 zip codes across the country. Rentalutions has been featured in Crain's Chicago Business, RedEye Chicago and Business Insider called it one of the 25 Coolest New Businesses in Chicago.
