AlphaShark Trading was originally founded as the KeeneOnTheMarket.com blog in 2011. The Live Trading Room soon followed, the virtual equivalent of Chicago’s trading pits. In the CBOE pits, the most successful market makers would learn to recognize brokers carrying institutional orders, and trade accordingly. Online brokerages and the 'new wave' of trading created enormous opportunity for retail traders, but hedge funds and other institutions still hold an 'edge.' AlphaShark Trading's team of professional traders risk over hundreds of thousands of dollars each session trading stock, options, futures and forex markets. Our proprietary OptionHacker scanner tracks the biggest hedge fund trades, offering the virtual equivalent of being on the trading floor.
