He has been associated with teaching /coaching for the past 10 years as a visiting faculty at various institutes and forums of repute. He is a passionate people’s person who has the ability to connect and engage people from different parts of the world with varied demographic profiles and work with them as ONE team.
In early 2012 , Arun was awarded the HR Warrior Award in recognition of his contributions to the field of HR by the Indira Group of Institutions in India. Also he was nominated by GE for the SPHR certification which he completed in 2012.
