I am involved in research, design, optimization, debugging and testing of embedded real-time multimedia products since 2001. I started Embedded System Real-time Software profession in 2001, continually progressing as exceptional professional through out my career. At streaming networks, I was in video processing group, working on MPEG2/4 and H.264/AVC. I have been involved in complete development life cycle of real-time multimedia products. During 2006-2010, I am involved in research and development of real-time video protection techniques. Later on, I worked as a research engineer for QoE of SVC video for 1 year. Since Oct 2011, I am working as Media Encoding Architect.

Jira, Github From March 2014 to Present (1 year 10 months) Media Encoding Architect @ Our video encoder was used to stream SuperBowl 2014 to more than 528,000 viewers simultaneously online, which was a world record for online viewing of any event. At Anvato, I was responsible for developing and innovating Video Encoding/Streaming technologies to support TV Everywhere. We offer video processing both on premises and in cloud. Video editing, branding and syndication is also offered. For video streaming, the streamed TV channels can be viewed on any device whether it is Desktop, Android or iPhone and on any bitrate, I work mainly on the following tools:

I am working as an independent architect for media encoding technologies, providing technology leadership and vision on video encoding implementation for our embedded environments. TI SOCs DM365, 368 and DM8148 (Centaurus) platforms have been used for this purpose. Moreover, I am working on adaptive bitrate control over Internet connections having dynamic bandwidth and delay. Openmax IL From October 2011 to November 2012 (1 year 2 months) Austin, Texas AreaResearch Engineer (Contract) @ During this period, I was working in Labsalongwith my Master, PhD and PostDoc.
In my PostDoc (IRCCyN Labs, Nantes France) during Jan-Sep 2011 , I worked on QOE (quality of experience) for scalable video codecs and design of new watermarking algorithms. I also worked on drift free bit stream watermarking of H.264/AVC.
During my PhD (LIRMM Labs Montpellier France, Jan'08-Dec'11) I designed world first real-time format complaint video encryption system. My IEEE TCSVT paper has been cited more than 50 times. I worked on the real-time protection of scalable video codecs using selective encryption, watermarking and active fingerprinting. For encryption, I have worked on CAVLC and CABAC of H.264/AVC and C2DVLC of AVS. For watermarking, I worked on IT of H.264/AVC.
During my Master, I was working (LIRIS Labs Lyon France, Sep'06-Dec'07) I worked on use of Independent Component Analysis (ICA) for image and video compression. DCT transform basis were replaced by over-complete ICA basis. Transform was performed using Matching pursuit. The designed framework was found to be useful for low bitrate image and video compression. From June 2006 to September 2011 (5 years 4 months) Senior Embedded System Engineer @ I was involved in R & D, Optimization & Testing of OEM/ ODM Products based on Philips VLIW Processor Trimedia. I am involved in algorithm development, pre & post processing, memory management and system level issues of Video Codecs.
