From September 2014 to April 2015 (8 months) Operations Management Graduate Program - Placement 2 Visibility Integration Lead, GSK Move Product. @ Lead a project to improve internal visibility of the GSK EMEA Control Tower operation by implementing Performance Dialogue Map sessions, testing the feasibility of a real–time information software program and by assisting on various other process changes through: • Assessed and implemented feedback from team on performance of Dialogue Map sessions. • Worked with the Engineering and Development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues with KPI report accuracy. • Performed in-depth testing of a new software package.
