I am the owner of Lucid Web Group (www.lucidwebgroup.com), a full-service web design and digital marketing agency with a commitment to exceptional customer service, business-oriented project management and marketing initiatives that work. Every web development company has the same pitch. They sit down with you to discuss your needs. They design and code your site according to your requirements. They test your site thoroughly before publishing it to the web. You are now ready to go. It would be great if the process were that straightforward In reality, your developer might drop out of contact for a few days. He might miss a key deadline with little explanation. He will show you a partly-designed website that doesn’t seem to in line what you discussed. Ultimately, you may end up spending your development budget with little in the way of measurable progress. We were tired of hearing these web development horror stories and the anguish they cause clients. We decided to fix this problem. Almost every experienced development agency knows how to strategize, design, code and publish. Our goal is to do all of those while simultaneously providing exceptional customer service, business-oriented project management that significantly exceeds industry standards and marketing initiatives that you can understand and execute.
