Professors and Associate Dean for Professional Degree Programs at University of Virginia Darden School of Business:I am currently a Professor and the Assistant Dean for Professional Degree Programs at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. I rejoined the Darden School of Business after a leave of absence from Harvard Business School in July 2018. I was a visiting Associate Professor at Harvard Business School from July 2018 to June 2020. Before coming to the Darden School of Business, I was a Professor and the Senior Associate Dean for Professional Degree Programs at the University ofVirginia Darden School of Business from August 2009 to July 2016. I have been a member of the Board of Directors of the Business Roundtable since its inception in 2003. I am also a member of the board of governors of The George Washington University. I received my undergraduate degree in economics from Johns Hopkins University in 1984.
