Outside of work he likes to spend time with his son. From May 2015 to Present (8 months) VP Professional Services @ • Managed the Project Portfolio of dozens of projects around the globe including ERP implementations at Fortune 500 companies. • Executive over dozens of developers, project managers, functional consultants and support technicians. • After many months of falling behind on delivery, SCS hired me to resolve the situation. Within 3 months most overdue software installation projects were completed or on track to finish, and within 6 months Services Revenue KPI reached highest in the 35 year history of the company. • From 2012 to 2014 the main KPI (Billable Hours) increased 62% year over year. At the same time Percentage of Personnel Utilization rose, while operational costs decreased by 7.5% in the first year. • Made personnel adjustments and hired A-Listers and thereby improve technical performance. • Implemented improved knowledge management along with meetings to increase knowledge sharing among technical staff. • Personally contacted the executives including CEO's of the customers whose projects were behind and established relationships to help improve cooperation and speed up project execution. • Implemented numerous process improvements that raised quality and speed of systems development, implementation and support. • Working in tight liaison with sales and marketing, we got many new projects closed and started, including the largest project in the 35 year history of the company. • Organized and ran successful conferences for all services personnel, as well as numerous web conferences. • Reworked and improved the bonus system to award and encourage successful employees based on clearly defined metrics. • Implemented precise project guidelines based on PMP principles to further improve project successes. • Initiated a project to upgrade internal digital communications and knowledge management, including upgrading and organizing SharePoint. From 2004 to 2012 (8 years) Computer Operations Manager @ Managing dozens of computer operators creating small and large publications to go to press.
