Prior individual experience is not the primary indicator of leadership; creating success across functional boundaries with a diverse range of clients, partners, alliances, and businesses is the best indicator of the right leader for the job.
At this point in my career I’ve worked with and for partners, alliances, joint ventures, OEMs, service providers, systems integrators, distributors, and resellers, in worldwide teams. In all of those cases I’ve grown their business by understanding their value differentiators and helping capitalize on them with viable go to market strategies.
If there’s a challenge, I solve it using my leadership to develop shared commitment with a track record of expertise, and experience to integrate the sales, marketing, channels, alliances, production, engineering, project and program management personnel to a common vision of a goal and path to get there. I have the confidence to work with all of these teams as I have worked in all of those roles. In every case, it is the creative motivation of the people on the team that has determined success. I enjoy working with people in order to solve complex problems, develop new solutions, and achieve business growth goals.
