From March 2009 to December 2014 (5 years 10 months) Chief Product Officer @ SmartSense by Digi Responsible for product management across SmartSenses' combined hardware and software business. My team is focused on our Z-Sensor and B-Sensor hardware platforms along with our cloud and mobile solutions for healthcare, pharmacy, food safety and supply chain. From May 2018 to December 2018 (8 months) Greater Boston AreaSVP Software, Digi Smart Solutions @ SmartSense by Digi SmartSense makes it easy for companies to harness wireless sensors, digital task management, and remote monitoring to improve their operations. Over 2,000 organizations utilize our easy to deploy wireless sensors and powerful remote monitoring software to monitor equipment, manage their fleet, and connect their stores. From August 2017 to May 2018 (10 months) Boston, MAVP Engineering & Boston Office Head @ Fitbit I started Fitbit's Boston office in 2013, and we grew to 130 software engineers, testers, product managers, designers and researchers by early 2017. We started out Boston with a dedicated eCommerce team and built the engine that drives Fitbit's D2C and B2B businesses. That grew into a cluster of engineering teams focused on the customer experience - everything from pre-orders to predictive support and proactive troubleshooting of devices in the field.
