Project Manager @ As part of the IT department, I am currently delivering digital and corporate projects for the Rank Group. From November 2015 to Present (2 months) Talent Acquisition Manager @ I took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager on interim basis managing the recruitment for all support/corporate functions. This included our Maidenhead, London and Gibraltar offices. From September 2015 to November 2015 (3 months) London, United KingdomRecruitment Business Partner @ I joined the Rank Group as part of the new in-house recruitment function. The Rank Group was relying on recruitment agencies to fill 80% of vacancies before the team started. Within 6 months we had switched that to 20:80 agency to direct. I am responsible for IT Recruitment across Mecca Bingo, Grosvenor Casinos and Group Support. Duties include: • Manage the End-to-End recruitment process, full ownership from vacancy initiation through on-boarding/induction • Stakeholder management – managing expectations, resource planning, meeting deadlines, dealing with 3rd parties • Managing the IT preferred suppliers list (PSL) including dealing with new hiring manager’s contacts • Managing between 10-25 vacancies at any given point • Interviewing candidates from entry level up to director • Direct sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Job Boards, Referrals and networking • Writing, proof-reading and editing job descriptions • Assisting stakeholders and hiring managers in the sign off process including benchmarking • Updating and managing the ATS • Running company inductions for new starters • Keeping stakeholders up to date throughout the recruitment process • Advising on recruitment policies and procedures to hiring managers • Dealing with unsolicited CVs from agencies and hiring managers Achievements • Lead IT Recruitment on several key projects through Rank’s digital transformation • Personally saved the business over £450k within a calendar year through direct sourcing • Built excellent relationships with key stakeholders • Established direct sourcing model and educated key hiring managers • Identified relevant job boards and negotiated contracts • Re-structured induction for new starters to be more engaging and interactive • Re-negotiated terms with existing PSL from 17-20% down to 12-14% From March 2013 to September 2015 (2 years 7 months) London, United KingdomRecruitment Consultant @ Cornucopia IT are a specialist recruitment / search & selection company with expertise in recruiting permanent and contract staff within the IT Sector.
