Education:B.A. in Marketing and Event Management from the University of Warwick.Career aspirations:After completing his undergraduate degree, Will Poole wanted to enter the market as an event manager. After plenty of lead and sales experience, he landed his first job as a sales representative at a luxury resort, where he managed and sold event tickets. From there, he move up the ranks and ended up in a management role at a popular and versatile venues, such as The Mermaid London and The London Olympics. In his current role as a resort manager at VIP SKI, Will has direct experience working with both events and projects that span the whole spectrum of hospitality, from beginner events to large-scale events. In addition to his experience working with event promoters and clients, Will also has a background in PR, which he uses to his advantage when liaising with the media and stakeholders. He has also gained experience in both music and■ the events industry, which has helped him develop his skills in event production, marketing, and compliance.
