With my office as the hub for all 6 locations in San Diego I have became the "go to" person for planning trips for the leadership team, executing large meetings/events & creating unique functions for staff and agents alike. This role has also given me the chance to dust off my management skills by supervising our full time receptionist to ensure all three of our workspaces are clean, comfortable and we are providing the top notch service Compass promises. Variety is the spice of life, and that is exactly why I love office management roles where I can wear many hats. From processing checks for agents to liasing with the CEO for last minute visits my days are always different, and often have me asking, "Where has the time gone?" Which, to me, is a great problem to have. Greater San Diego AreaOffice & Culture Coordinator @ HubSpot At HubSpot I occupied a dual role looking after all things facilities as well as helping to drive our award winning culture.
