I am Wes Ashworth, a current Member at The Pinnacle Society, Retired Retail Store Manager at T-Mobile from September 2008 to April 2012, and also a past Executive Search Consultant at Lee Group Search and The Lasik Vision Institute. Before that, I was a National Sales Trainer at The Lasik Vision Institute from April 2012 to August 2014.I have a wealth of experience in the retail and Field Training industries. I have worked with many different companies, both big and small, in a number of different positions. My skills and experience in management, Sales and Evaluation make me an ideal candidate for the ExecutiveSearch Consultant role at Lee Group Search, which I took up in August 2014.In my eight years at Lee Group Search, I have developed deep relationships with the Board and Employees, and I have helped the company grow both anecdotally and substantially.
