💼 Past Experience

Wardell S has been in the advertising industry for over 10 years. While working as a senior designer at Cision (now part ofimedia division WPP Plc), Wardell S was responsible for creating and managing all the company’s website and print ads. He also founded and led the development of the company’s first social media platform, Personal Billboard Ad System™. There, he mad a big impact on the company, developing and then Champions™ of a new program that allowed consumers to place Online Advertising promoting their own businesses in the main lower left column of Personal billboards across the United States. This gave users a direct experience with the businesses and a "self-promotion" opportunity that had never been available before.After leaving Cision, Wardell S started his own company and managed all the company’s social media platforms. He then created what is now Personal Billboard Ad System™: an industry leading program that allows consumers to place Online Advertising in the main lower left column of Personal billboards across the United States. He was able to change the way consumers engage with online advertising and create a direct experience with the businesses and a "self-promotion" opportunity that had never been available before.Wardell S has also worked extensively in the publishing industry, most notably as the CEO of HarperCollins Publishers’ imprint Sawgrass Books. There, he led a restructuring of the company and led a team effort that rewrote the company’s business model and launched a number of new imprints. He also helped toATK Press LLC, the leading independent presses in the country, become a premier publisher.Wardell S’s work experience has also included lead development and management of a number of new venture businesses. These businesses formed the basis for his current role as Founder and CEO of Personal Billboard Ad System, Inc. Inc. During this time, he has also worked on several new marketing strategies and realized several successful product launches.In his spare time, Wardell S enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is also HHMP member and enjoys attending technology and business conferences.

Hanna High School in Anderson, South Carolina, where he received his education in the field of Business Administration.
