Wally was most recently the President of thro e commercial real estate firms- HomePro Inspections and Reviewed Properties- which was a subsidiary of the largest commercial real estate company in the world, Brokerage Fusion. prior to HomePro Inspections, Wally was Vice President of Operations at Book 4 real estate firm. As Vice President of Operations, Wally was responsible for all aspects of the sales, marketing, and customer service teams of four commercial days a week.Wally was also the President of an ownership company, ow n properties. In this position, Wally was responsible for the day-to-day management and daily operations of an approximately 175-acre agricultural enterprise.In his previous job, Wally led training for real estate agents. He developed, taught, and hosted a hands-on sales training program for agents; teaching them techniques for Closing, Marketing, and finishing transactions in a fast and efficient manner.Wally is a life long real estate enthusiast and has been involved with the industry from the early days of commercial real estate when he was a real estate agent. He currently resides in the Tulsa, OK area with his wife and two sons.During his career, Wally has Inspected, Renovated, and Sold numerous properties, primarily single family homes, in the Tulsa, OK area. He has also been a member of numerous real estate industry organizations including the Texas builder's association, the Tulsa real estate twice, the Midwest member of the real estate committee of the National REAL Estate Federation, and has been an instructor at many real estate courses throughout the country.

Wally Conway uses his education to provide comments on building code inspections and property maintenance. He's been a building inspector for over 25 years, and has been a regular host of the Wally Conway-radio-tv-podcast since its inception in 2010.Before coming to the Maurice C. Edwards School of Architecture and Planning at Temple University, Wally Conway was a physical science major at the United States Naval Academy. While at Annapolis, Wally studied under Professor John F. Murphy and Dr. Ellen S. Greenberg. After graduation, he served as a research scientist at the Naval Postgraduate School while working on research projects in the Physical Sciences department.Wally began his career in the property management field in 1977 when he became an inspector for the Philadelphia housing development, the Keystone Development. From 1978 to 1980, he worked for the Joint Commission of Housing Inspection in Philadelphia. From 1980 to 1984, Wally served as an inspector for the decay control program for the Xerox Corporation in Philadelphia. From 1984 to 1988, Wally was an inspector for the office of planning and environmental review for the City of Philadelphia. From 1988 to 1990, Wally served as an inspector with the Environmental Protection Agency in Philadelphia.Since coming to Temple University, Wally has been a regular host of the Wally Conway-radio-tv-podcast. He is an expert on building code inspections, property maintenance, and science in architecture. In addition to his regular radio show, Wally offers a course on building code inspections at Temple.Since retiring from his position as a building inspector, Wally has worked as a research scientist with the nonprofit group, Jersey City Development Corporation. Wally has also resumed his role as a regular host of the Wally Conway-radio-tv-podcast.In his 25 years of experience as a building inspector, Wally has observed, commented on, and studied the sights and sounds of construction. Wally's education and experience allow him to provide intelligent commentary on building code inspections, property maintenance, and science in architecture.
