When Vivien Jin first set eyes on the world, she was Grail material. At Beijing International Studies University, Vivien obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in English linguistics and literature. During her undergraduate years, Vivien also participated in a summer program in England and learned how to speak, read and write English.After undergraduate school, Vivien moved to London for a year to attend the University of Westminster and complete a masters in English language teaching. After this, Vivien worked as a language teacher in a primary school in Beijing before finally moving back to the United States in September of 2006.Vivien Jin’s current job:Since Vivien Jin moved back to the United States in 2006, she has been working as a language teacher in a primary school in Beijing, China. Vivien enjoys teaching English as a second language to students of all ages, and feels that her work is a great fit for the region. Vivien loves the challenge of working with students who are familiar with multiple languages and differ in cultural backgrounds. She is confident that her teaching style will be beneficial to the students and that her school will be able to grow and improve in the future.
