Vivian has always had a strong talent for managing special events and a true desire to work with people. Her professional experience began in political fundraising working for statewide and national candidates. For 4 years she had the honor and privilege to serve as a top aide to Senator Hillary Clinton where her positions included National Finance Director for Friends of Hillary, and HILLPAC, the Senator’s Leadership Political Action Committee. As an integral part of so many important events and celebrations for the Senator, she worked closely with dignitaries, celebrities, diverse personalities, and cultures over the years. The experience and knowledge she gained were invaluable. It allowed her to possess an understanding of event logistics and to develop priceless relationships.
Through the years, Vivian has developed a unique sense and skill of adaptation. She feels this is one of the reasons she is so successful at both event planning and organizing. In 2005, Vivian combined hard earned knowledge and interest with her personal style and founded Santora LLC. Beginning her own business was an opportunity to make her passion and skills into a career. With an eye for detail, ability to multi-task, and friendly demeanor, Vivian can make a seemingly overwhelming event or project, manageable and a fun. Having her own company provided her the opportunity to use her creativity to its fullest potential helping clients achieve personal and professional organization and flawless planning of milestone events.
Vivian has earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from American University in Washington, DC, where she worked as Graduate Advisor on Leadership and coordinated the first Women’s Leadership Conference, Voice’s of Leadership. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in both English and Women’s Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
