Responsibilities:
Vishal is responsible to develop & execute strategies for the robust growth of Harman's domestic online Lifestyle business which includes direct B2C sites for the brands JBL, Harmankardon, AKG, Infinity Speakers and Yurbuds. Vishal also drives business growth for other channels which include accommodation website, marketplaces and telesales.
Defining and implementing customer acquisition strategies for all online marketing channels spanning SEM, SEO, PLA, CSE, Affiliate marketing, Retargeting, Social, display, Email and more; Analyze, assess and improve effectiveness of ecommerce web & mobile platforms and operations which include merchandising, supply chain, customer service and finance; Manage Ecommerce P&L for the region and more.
Since joining Vishal has grown the regional Ecommerce business over 5x and continues to grow. From August 2012 to Present (3 years 5 months) Director of ECommerce @ Vishal is responsible to monetize Machinima's viewership and create an additional revenue stream for the brand. In the month of November 2011 Machinima reached a total of 1.11 Billion views. With Vishal's help Machinima is expanding into the e-commerce space with Machinima branded merchandise.
