• Source IT candidates and building strong relationships with candidates
• Business Development
• Clarify job description and person specification and enter on the system.
• Issue T's & C's and get clients signature prior to commencing work on the assignment.
• Draft, manage electronic job-boards adverts.
• Search database and actively seek referrals from candidates.
