My role at Game Plan is to help guide our athletes across the full journey from starting out to reaching their destination and becoming the best they can be. My goal is to help our athletes reach their full potential and join the global elite.My early experience with ITI grew up in the technology world. My family moved around a lot, so I experienced a lot of different types of technology. When I was a kid, I loved playing video games and building models. I got very interested in IT as an adult. I loved learning about how technology could help improve people's lives.At Game Plan, I'm responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding Game Plan's solutions into new businesses and markets. I work with our talented team of developers and designers to create innovative solutions that help athletes achieve their goals.I've been working in the IT industry for over 10 years, and I've had a huge impact on Game Plan's success. I've helped the company grow rapidly, and I've been able to provide our athletes with the best possible services. With nearly two decades of experience in both the private and public sectors, Vin McCaffrey has had a wide range of experience in helping athletes and businesses connect and collaborate. During his most recent stint as Chief Executive Officer at GamePlan, McCaffrey was responsible for guiding the company through a period of growth and growth potential. McCaffrey’s previous experience in the professional industry owes much to his time spent working in the industry of information technology. Prior to founding GamePlan, McCaffrey spent time as a Business Development Manager at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington. He there helped lead a team that helped develop the newly launched Xbox Live Gold and authored a number of significant products within the software giant.McCaffrey has also held various positions within the IT industry. He has currently been employed as the Manager of information technology at the Department of State, where he helped manage a number of systems and systems security protocols. Additionally, McCaffrey has acted as a Manager of Continuing Technology at the Department of Defense’s McNamara National Defense University.In his free time, Vin McCaffrey enjoys spending time hiking and bikepacking in the area around his home outside ofWashington D.C.
